WellBeing 4 VET is an initiative that aims to foster healthier, more sustainable and collaborative work environments in VET institutions, where hard challenges like digital pressures or evolving educational demands represent a real concern for the educating body. The idea of the project is to build high quality learning workplaces that empower educators, trainers, and support staff to thrive professionally, socially, and personally.
The main goals are:
1. Promoting employees’ wellbeing from the professional, relational, and psychological points of view, mainly through a collection of Best Practices designed to address mental health, overall job satisfaction, and work-life balance.
2. Creating healthy working environments to support employees and nurture their motivation, while focusing on key competences such as leadership, communication, interaction, stress management, and conflict resolution.
3. Promoting civic engagement by empowering transversal competences such as critical thinking, cultural awareness, communication, and collaboration.
4. Developing socially responsible Vet ecosystems, which, thanks to a gained flexibility, will evolve with greater continuity and react confidently to the future challenges of the everchanging VET sector.
